Field Of Capital Market Sector Supervision
·         Establish implementation regulations in the Capital Market;
·         Implement Capital Market Crisis Management Protocol;
·         To stipulate capital market accounting provisions;
·         To formulate standards, norms, guidance on criteria and procedures in Capital Market;
·         Carry out the analysis, development and supervision of the Capital Market including the Capital Market Sharia;
·         Carry out law enforcement in Capital Market;
·         Complete objections filed by parties sanctioned by OJK, Stock Exchange, Clearing Guarantee Institution, and Depository and Settlement Institution;
·         Formulate the principles of Investment Management, Transaction and Institution Securities, and the governance of Issuers and Public Companies;
·         Conducting guidance and supervision on parties obtaining business license, approval, registration from OJK and other parties engaged in Capital Market;
·         Providing written orders, appointing and / or establishing the use of statuter managers against financial services parties / institutions conducting activities in the Capital Market in order to prevent and reduce the loss of consumers, the public and the financial services sector; and

Field of Banking Sector Supervision
